• Sending unsolicited commercial communications based on data obtained

Technical Abuse

• Exceeding authorized access or using another user's account

3. Enforcement

PropertyTitles reserves the right to investigate any suspected violation of this AUP and to take appropriate action, including: temporary or permanent account suspension, termination without refund, removal of data or content, reporting to law enforcement, and pursuit of legal remedies.

4. Reporting Violations
